| `/speckit.clarify` | `speckit-clarify` | Clarify underspecified areas (recommended before `/speckit.plan`; formerly `/quizme`) |
| `/speckit.analyze` | `speckit-analyze` | Cross-artifact consistency & coverage analysis (run after `/speckit.tasks`, before `/speckit.implement`) |
| `/speckit.checklist` | `speckit-checklist` | Generate custom quality checklists that validate requirements completeness, clarity, and consistency (like "unit tests for English") |
| `/speckit.threatmodel` | `speckit-threatmodel` | OWASP LLM Top 10 2025 threat analysis on skills, templates, and memory files — generates `threat-model.md` and security checklist |

### 🔒 Security Analysis

Use `/speckit.threatmodel` to scan your project's skills, templates, and memory files for LLM-specific security threats. It's strictly read-only — it never modifies existing files.

**What it does:**
- Scans skills (`SKILL.md`), templates, and memory files for threats mapped to the OWASP LLM Top 10 2025 categories (prompt injection, excessive agency, sensitive data leakage, etc.)
- Assigns risk ratings (Likelihood × Impact) and flags blocking threats that should be resolved before implementation
- Generates two artifacts:
- `threat-model.md` — structured threat inventory with mitigations
- `checklists/security-llm.md` — actionable 24-item checklist mapped to OWASP categories

**Usage:**

```bash
# Scan all skills, templates, and memory
/speckit.threatmodel
# Scan a specific skill
/speckit.threatmodel speckit-git-feature
```

**When to run:** Any time — before `/speckit.implement`, after adding new skills or extensions, or as part of a periodic security review.
