Typing any command that requires to launch Python sends me to the Python Installation Help site

I write py, python and they both just send me to Python Installation Help site

Hi, how did you install Python? Please review https://docs.python.org/dev/using/windows.html#pymanager-troubleshoot, particularly the troubleshooting section, and perform the recommended steps.

Can you open Settings on Windows, search for App execution aliases settings and see if the 'python' command has been redirected to Microsoft Store?

The simpler question is this: what is the URL of the "Python Installation Help site"? The closest we have for that is www.python.org, so I suspect the site is not actually what's being described.

If we knew what site was meant by that, we might be able to help. Even a screenshot would do.

(FWIW, the OS builtin python and python3 still direct to 3.13 - enough people seem mad about the lack of pip.exe that I'm holding off switching them until that's supported.)
