Add `keep-alive` as config value or CLI flag for default value

I love the experimental /keep-alive busy, however I have to remember to type it every session

Proposed solution

If there were a way to set the default value via a config value or a CLI command, I could add --keep-alive busy or similar to my shell profile so it's always set by default.
