Add os Support for os400/ ibm i in ibm i pase enviroment

Add mutch needed agentic ai capabilities to ibmi pase enviroment currently only ibm has ai support for ibm i.
nodejs24 is avaidable on ibmi pase can it can install copilot for now it crashes with clipboard and spawning interactive shell but that should be fixable
